Setsuna Meiou first appears in Volume 8, Act 28 of the manga. She was reborn on earth after her death in the future when she stopped time to save Chibi-Usa (Volume 7, act 23). We don't get to know much about her but it is known that she lives with Haruka and Michiru in their mansion. We also learn that Setsuna is extremely intelligent, as she studies the effects of anti-gravity and is an expert in physics.

Just like her counterpart, Sailor Pluto, Setsuna is very beautiful and mysterious. Her long, dark green hair, her lovely face, and garnet eyes makes one wonder about this tall, dark-skinned beauty. Unfortunately throughout the manga, she is not talked about much, but she later becomes a teacher at Juuban Elementary.

It's unfortunate that Naoko Takeuchi never made someone for Setsuna to fall in love with. I think that Setsuna would be very capable of handling a serious relationship, though it has been said that she is in love with Endymion.
